All teams must report before the 15 mins before the scheduled timings or else the team will be considered disqualified.
The match timings and court allocations indicated in the schedule are provisional and subject to modification at the discretion of the organisers. All participating teams are required to comply with the directions of the organisers in order to ensure the timely and orderly conduct of the tournament.

RULES AND PLAYING CONDITIONS
The Ground permit is valid from 9 AM to 4 PM only. The extension of time will not be possible after 6 PM.
The tournament would be played on knockout format. All matches will be played on Turf wickets and the format for matches will 6 overs. However the tournament organizer reserves the right to revise the format under unavoidable circumstances.
The venue of the tournament will be D Cube Game Theory, Balagur (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MUwfsL5VEa3rZjBi7).
All players should be employees of MUFG.
Vicky tennis balls will be used for the tournament.
Match Format: 6 overs, 7 players a side, with a maximum of 10 players in the squad.
Minimum of 4 bowlers to be used. Only two bowlers are allowed to bowl a maximum of 2 overs in an innings.
No run up for the bowling is allowed. Underarm bowling is not allowed. The bowlers will need to stand in the box and throw the ball.
Losing 6 wickets results in ALL-OUT
Box cricket is played in an enclosed net arena.

Scoring Runs:
Straight and side walls/nets count as runs depending on hitting zones.
Typical rules:
Physical runs if the ball hits side wall of Zone B.
1 run if the ball hits back wall of Zone A.
2 runs if ball hits side wall of Zone C.
4 runs if ball on bounce hits wall of Zone D.
4 runs if ball travels from Zone B or C into Zone D.
6 runs for hitting the ball on full to wall of Zone D.
If the ball goes out of the turf directly then the batter will be considered as out.
FREE-HIT for all No-Balls will be employed for the tournament. Runs will be counted for no balls, wides, overthrows and byes.
There is no LBW and no runs will be awarded for leg byes.
Matches will be played as per the schedule/fixture given to the teams.
Spiked shoes are not allowed inside the playing area.
First aid kits will be available to treat any injuries sustained while playing.
The team Captain must report to the scorer’s desk at least 15 minutes before the Scheduled start of the match. If a team fails to report even after 10 minutes of the scheduled time the opponents will be given walk over. By the term ‘reporting’ it is intended that the captain should handover the list of players, be ready for the toss and should be ready with the team to take the field as and when the umpires want them to. If both teams report late at the venue then umpire/ management might call off the match or deduct overs of the match.
The 8th man of each team will assist the scorer during the course of their match in identifying the names of the players
The Team Captain is responsible for informing all of the teammates about when the team will be playing and on what time.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to reduce the overs if in its opinion, there is no sufficient time to complete the overs. If there is any interruption before the scheduled start, or during the match, The rate at which overs deducted in such a circumstance.
If a game is stopped due to bad light or bad weather, or due to any unavoidable reasons beyond the control of tournament organizer, Management will take the decision in such a scenario.
A 2-minute break would be allowed to the two sides between changes of innings.
In case of Tie, Super Over will be played
FREE-HIT for all No-Balls will be employed for the tournament.
A runner for a batsman when batting is not permitted. The umpires shall have discretion to allow, for other wholly acceptable reasons, a substitute fielder to act for a nominated player, at the start of the match, or at any subsequent time.
Everyone are instructed to make use of the dustbins provided in the ground to dispose the paper cups, plates, tissues, chocolate papers, tetra packs, rappers etc.
Use of alcohol, smoking, crackers, gas cylinder, generator and any intoxicant substance in the sports complex is strictly prohibited.
Everyone are instructed to make use of the Rest Rooms in the premises.
Organizers are not responsible for the loss of any valuables.
