Sportz Ville is on the lookout for a “Jack of All, Master of None” – Operations & Events Executive to join our passionate team. This isn’t your average desk job — from organizing sports events and managing logistics to editing content and running our social media, you’ll be involved in it all.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is eager to learn, isn’t afraid of new challenges, and loves wearing multiple hats. If you're versatile, resourceful, and ready to dive headfirst into the world of sports events, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

​

• Plan and execute sports events from start to finish with precision and energy.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage event schedules, registrations, timelines, and logistics checklists.

• Oversee venue setup, facilities, and on-site requirements.

• Handle on-ground event operations including participant assistance and team coordination.

• Manage Sportz Ville's social media accounts with regular updates, engagement, and event coverage.

• Assist in basic photo/video editing, content creation, and design for digital platforms.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders — internally and externally.

• Contribute to budget tracking and vendor payments.

• Be open to learning new tools, apps, or tech to improve event execution and team efficiency.

• Participate in creative brainstorming and post-event feedback for continuous growth.

Qualifications:

​

• A genuine love for sports and understanding of different sporting disciplines.

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented multitasker.

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Comfortable with basic photo & video editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva & CorelDRAW, or willing to learn.

• Familiar with social media platforms and content trends.

• Quick learner and tech-savvy — not afraid to try new things.

• Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle.
